The stately, thatched De Witte Guest House offers guests a relaxing stay in Bayswater, Bloemfontein.
The guesthouse offers guests a choice of rooms that are furnished with king-size beds, double beds or 2 single beds, and sleeper couches or single beds for children, with percale bedding and electric blankets. Each of the air-conditioned rooms also has en-suite bathrooms fitted with showers or baths, and toilets. All of the rooms are equipped with TVs with selected DStv channels, working stations, Wi-Fi access, as well as tea- and coffee-making facilities. Some of the rooms open onto a balcony or a private garden.
Breakfast is served in the dining room which overlooks the terrace and swimming pool, and guests can relax in the stylish lounge that overlooks the front garden. A spot outside is available for special occasions and can accommodate 20 people in a campfire-like atmosphere.
Guests can cool down in the swimming pool, or relax in the big garden and watch the birds. Safe, shaded parking is provided behind electric gates.
De Witte Guest House is situated 1.8 km from Northridge Mall which offers various shops, restaurants, and cinema. Bloemfontein offers activities such as walking trails, skydiving, stargaze at the Boyden Observatory, as well as various museums, shops and restaurants. Guests can also visit the Free State National Botanical Garden, the Franklin Game Reserve, or the Hamilton Park.
