Rustic beach stay in a great location. The house is pretty much in the best location you can imagine. That said, there were a few issues and for what we paid to stay, I would not have expected that. I just want to be clear that we had an absolutely amazing time, and the house really is special. The following are things that I would sort out if it was my place: Replace the kettle. It's broken. The bedding in the kids' room (two singles) was dirty/unchanged from the last guests. The deck upstairs needs repairs. There are cracked floorboards and rusty nails you can easily catch a bare foot on. Other than that, it was a fantastic weekend.
