Die Skulphuis is a newly renovated self-catering holiday home situated in Melkbosstrand, a mere 60 m from the beach that will overwhelm guests with its tranquil, serene, and typical West Coast beach atmosphere.

This house has a sleeping capacity of 6 guests and comprises 3 bedrooms. The main bedroom is furnished with a king-size bed, while the second bedroom and third bedroom have a double bed and 2 single beds, respectively. The third bedroom has an en-suite bathroom fitted with a shower, while the rest of the rooms share the use of the guest bathroom fitted with a shower, basin, and toilet. Linen and towels are provided.

The kitchen is equipped with a fridge-freezer, stove, oven, microwave, basic cutlery, crockery, and tea- and coffee-making facilities. It features a centrally located dining table with chairs and further expands to the lounge furnished with comfy couches and a TV.

Guests walk out to a wooden deck with outdoor seating and are afforded secure parking on the premises.
