Description

Die Withuis is a typical sandstone house in Nieuwoudtville, situated on the edge of the town with a farm-like atmosphere and all modern amenities for comfortable accommodation for 7 guests.

The first bedroom is furnished with a double bed and includes an en-suite bathroom fitted with a toilet and shower. The second and third bedrooms each accommodate 2 guests and are furnished with 2 single beds, both featuring en-suite bathrooms fitted with a toilet and shower. The fourth bedroom accommodates 1 guest with a single bed.

The kitchen is fully equipped for self-catering and contains a stove, oven, fridge-freezer, microwave, cutlery, and crockery. The living area features an indoor braai with seating and dining areas spacious enough for all guests. Outside, there is a braai area under a pepper tree for warm summer evenings. Brahman cattle, Savannah goats, chickens, and ducks contribute to the farm atmosphere of Die Withuis.

Fireplaces, heaters, and electric blankets ensure comfortable winter accommodation, with wood for the first night’s fire provided and additional wood available for purchase from the caretaker. During summer, guests can enjoy the farm dam and relax on the deck or around the open braai area.

Nieuwoudtville offers attractions for nature lovers, including flower viewing, waterfalls, the quiver tree forest, and hiking trails in the Oorlogskloof Nature Reserve. The property is also suitable for quiet relaxation and enjoying the tranquillity Die Withuis provides.
