Description

Dolfin House is a comfortable self-catering unit located on the ground floor of the owner's home, ideally situated in the picturesque harbour town of Yzerfontein on the West Coast.

The unit accommodates up to 6 guests and comprises 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The first bedroom has a king-size bed, the second features a queen-size bed and includes an en-suite bathroom fitted with a shower, basin, and toilet. The third bedroom has 2 single beds. The spacious main bathroom is equipped with a bath, shower, basin, and toilet. For added convenience, hand wash is provided in both bathrooms, and each will have a roll of toilet paper upon arrival.

The open-plan living area includes a well-equipped kitchen with a fridge-freezer, stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, coffee machine, toaster, egg boiler, and ample cupboard space with crockery, cutlery, pots, pans, and braai utensils. The lounge offers a comfortable couch and a Smart TV with full DStv, and Wi-Fi is available throughout the unit.

The living area opens onto an enclosed garden with outdoor seating and a gate. Guests have exclusive access to a swimming pool and covered braai area, located approximately 10 steps from the unit. Please note that the swimming pool is not enclosed and is not shared with the owner or any other guests.

Dolfin House is centrally located and within walking distance of Yzerfontein’s main beach, the famous 16-Mile Beach, Rossmead Bakery, local shops, Yzer Bru restaurant, the sports club, medical centre, beauty and hair salons, and just 50 metres from the caravan park.
