All expectations were exceeded! Great experience! It exceeded all expectations. From the warm welcome, to the neat pitch and the freshly baked bread, farm jam and farm butter that surprised us on the first evening - everything was top notch. Our camp icebox worked perfectly throughout the day thanks to the solar panels that provided power via a Brad Harrison connection. The beautiful communal area, with swimming pool, ice, wood, full cutlery and a cozy atmosphere, was the ideal place to make our morning “brunch” and just relax a bit. The children played for hours in the red dunes with the farm’s friendly, obedient sheepdog. The campsites are exceptionally neat, each with private ablution facilities, and surrounded by the most beautiful red sand and golden Kalahari grass - especially at sunset. A photographer’s dream! Many thanks to the incredible owners and staff who really went the extra mile to make sure our time there was unforgettable. It was the perfect rest for the soul 2 days before we visited the Kgalagadi (only 60 km from the farm). Thank you - we'll see you again soon! Next time for a full week, with the whole family.
