Mooi ontspannende woning. Die plekkie is mooi ingerig. Daar is verbeterings wat gemaak moet word, maar hulle is besig. Die plekkie was skoon en mooi.

Did not stay at the Resort. Eienaar Monique wou glad nie ons geld terug betaal. What we saw on your page and what we got was not what we expected, including our unit no. 8 and the surrounding area. We did not feel safe with a view of a squatter camp close to the resort. Thank you, Sonja, for your friendly welcome. After Niel phoned the owner, Monique, we were told to sort it out with the website for our refund of 2 days. The website phoned Monique, and she informed them that she is not going to reimburse our 2 days. WE WILL NOT RECOMMEND Eagle Creek Resort Sabie. The resort needs attention. Thank you, for finding us suitable accommodation after our bad experience.

Good afternoon, Thank you for your review. I’d like to take this opportunity to clarify a few points in the spirit of transparency and accuracy. Your refund was processed in full on Monday, 24 March. Monique, who assisted you, is part of the bookings team and not in a management or ownership role. As previously explained, she does not have the authority to make executive decisions but is dedicated to supporting guests by providing accurate information and securing reservations. Monique also made contact with your husband on Monday, 24 March, to explain the situation and still went above and beyond to assist where possible from her position. Sonja and Neil, who welcomed you at the lodge, are the managers and your designated hosts. Any concerns, requests, or issues requiring approval should be directed to them, as they are in a position to address and resolve such matters. All information and photographs listed across the various platforms where the property is advertised are up to date and accurate. The amenities and features reflected online are a true representation of what is available at the lodge. We also wish to clarify that the unit you booked does not include a television, and this is indicated clearly in several places online as well as in the gate pass sent via WhatsApp. Additionally, during your call to the bookings department prior to arrival, Monique reiterated that the unit does not have a TV, but full DSTV is available in the communal lounge for all guests. We do our utmost to ensure all information is clearly communicated, though we cannot be held responsible if details are overlooked during the booking process. The lodge has maintained a strong safety record, with 24-hour security that includes electric fencing, gate control, and night guards. There have been no incidents or safety concerns over the past three years. Had you stayed for the weekend as originally planned, we believe you would have had a pleasant and enjoyable experience. Despite the situation, we are thankful that Monique was still able to assist you to the best of her ability, even when the matter was redirected to the platform through which the booking was made. We are, however, disappointed that a review containing inaccurate details and personal references was left, despite the efforts made to assist and clarify.

Awesome. Had a really wonderful stay, we had an amazing welcome from Gelinda. We had free service for the whole stay at no extra cost. It was very peaceful, and my nephew really enjoyed playing in the little playground. The WiFi was unstable though.

Baie oulike plek, kort net bietjie aandag. Ons was vir 5 aande daar gewees. Sou graag elke aand daar wou eet, net jammer hulle maak net kos tot 17h00. Die burgers en skyfies was regtig baie lekker gewees. Linne is pragtig, maar die dekor is bietjie verouderd. Die plek kort beslis bietjie aandag. Ons hou van die oop spasie na buite. Sal ook volgende keer 'n eenheid vat wat losstaande is.

Middag Michelle, dankie vir jou resensie. Ons is bly julle het julle tyd by ons geniet en tuis gevoel. Ons restaurant is wel 'n onafhanklike restaurant en word nie direk deur die oord bestuur nie, ons stuur dus die resensie aan vir ons restaurant bestuur sodat ons moontelik gaste dalk later saans nog kan bedien vir gaste se gerief. Ons het julle besoek geniet en hoop om julle gou weer te sien.
