Eagle on 14 is a lovely self-catering home with an additional cottage, nestled in the heart of Southbroom. It is ideal for friends and family who are looking for a peaceful getaway to this coastal holiday destination.
The property can accommodate up to 8 guests and comprises 2 bedrooms, each with their own en-suite bathroom in the main house, and 2 bedrooms and a shared bathroom in the cottage. In the main house, the first bedroom is furnished with a king-size bed and has an en-suite bathroom fitted with a bath and shower. The second bedroom contains 2 single beds and has an en-suite bathroom with a shower. Both of the bedrooms in the cottage are furnished with 2 single beds and the shared bathroom has a shower fixed over the bath. Linen and bath towels are provided, however guests are required to bring their own swimming towels.
Both of the kitchens are equipped with a fridge-freezer, gas stove, oven, microwave, cutlery and crockery and tea- and coffee-making facilities. A dishwasher is available for added convenience in the main house. The dining and lounging areas have comfortable seating for guests to dine and relax, and for guests entertainment there is a TV. Access to Wi-Fi is available.
Guests can enjoy a braai on the patio, or a swim in the swimming pool. An inverter, back-up water tanks and secure parking are available on the premises. This property is within close proximity to local amenities such as shops and restaurants. Southbroom Golf Club is approximately 260 m away, while Granny’s Beach and tidal pool is approximately 950 m away.
