We now only have corridor views of the ocean from our property. Fortunately, we have the Fisherman's Walk with an entrance across the street - where the unobstructed 180-degree sea and sunset views can be enjoyed from a bird's eye view. Our checkout time is set as 10am and we try to accommodate visitors as best we can when vacating the property. We had new guests arriving at 15:00 which gives us only 5 hours to strip the house down, clean, refit bedding, towels, and freshen up. This is not a lot of time to turn a house around and takes input from many hands to get this task done. Your check-out was at 11am, which reduces this by an hour. The miscommunication was between me and the cleaning crew, who were under the impression that checkout is at 10am.
