Situated in the heart of the Constantia Valley, Ferndale Lodge is a beautiful holiday home, perfect for families or friends travelling together, business groups or professionals.

The house can comfortably accommodate up to 10 guests. The home has high ceilings, beautiful teak doors, and windows with shutters as well as an open-plan kitchen, breakfast area, lounge, and TV area that are set away from the bedrooms.

The main bedroom features a queen-size bed and offers an en-suite bathroom that is fitted with a double basin and sunken bath that looks out onto an enclosed fish pond area. This room also has a dressing room and TV. The second bedroom has a double bed while the third bedroom has a double bed and a single bed. Both bedrooms are opposite 2 bathrooms, one with a toilet, shower, and basin while the other with a bath and basin.

The lounge offers a plasma TV and a double sleeper couch. The spacious dining room flows into the lounge, making it perfect to relax and enjoy time with friends and family. Off the dining room is a private office space. The kitchen leads out into the large, enclosed courtyard area and then onto the pool and garden. There is also a laundry room which is equipped with a large basin, washing machine, and tumble dryer.

Outside, guests have access to an enclosed courtyard with gas braai facilities as well as a beautiful garden with a swimming pool, that completes this 1500-square metre property. For entertaining, there is a separate toilet, bar counter, double basin, fridge, electric plugs, and great outdoor lighting.

For your peace of mind, there is a 24-hour security checkpoint at the top of the cul-de-sac as well as an alarm system that is linked to armed response. No parties or large functions, no loud music or unruly behaviour, City by-laws apply.
