The first unit is an open-plan apartment on the ground floor and is furnished with a queen-size bed and a three-quarter bed. The en-suite bathroom is fitted with a bath, a shower, a toilet, and a basin. The unit is equipped with a kitchenette with a microwave, convection plate, air fryer, fridge, and tea- and coffee-making facilities. There is a covered patio with braai facilities and a small table with chairs. Parking is available on the lawn in front of the unit.

The second apartment is located on the third floor and comprises 2 bedrooms, accommodating five guests. Each bedroom has 2 single beds that can be converted into a king-size bed on request and an en-suite bathroom with a shower, toilet, and basin. The unit has a spacious living area with comfortable seating and a sleeper couch, as well as a fully equipped kitchen with a 2-plate stove, air fryer, fridge, microwave, tea- and coffee-making facilities, cutlery, and crockery. The living area opens onto a covered balcony with sea views and a built-in braai. This unit is accessed via a lift through the front door.
