Relaxing and peaceful with magnificent surroundings. We spent two wonderful nights at Stone Cottage. It is the most beautiful location - so quiet and peaceful. A hot tub and bikes were available for use. We were also welcomed with a bag of locally grown citrus fruits. We would definitely stay there again and would recommend the cottage to anyone who wanted a quiet weekend.

Incredible views with amazing amenities! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Stone Cottage! Amazing amenities and service by the Fossil Hills team - especially Aunty Ina. Lovely views, with springbok right on our doorstep and a luxurious KolKol to take it all in with! Definitely a trip for the books with good memories and a taste of the beautiful mountains of McGregor and surroundings. Thank you!

Wonderful place for family visit. It was delicious! Pinotage and the other cottages are very well appointed and the gardens are lovely. We could just hang out. Ina and family are very friendly and helpful.
