Great. One of the nicest places I have stayed. One suggestion: always rather use double bed duvets and sheets for single beds as single bed linen is too small if adults use it.

Where time moves slowly and nature silences you. We spent a wonderful weekend at Gahini Cottage! The breathtaking views, peaceful nature and long walks along the beach made for true relaxation. The cozy fireplace was perfect for the cold evenings, and the braai area made for a great stay. A highlight was definitely using the kayaks to explore the lagoon and see the beautiful waterfowl up close. We can wholeheartedly recommend this special getaway!

Comfortable and interesting accommodation in beautiful milkwood forest surroundings. Nice stay in quiet and peaceful Gahini House in Wortelgat Trust area. Private home is approximately 11 km (last 6 km gravel road quite rough in wet weather) outside Stanford. House compact and self-sufficient with regard to water and power. Comfortable fireplace dispelled the cold. Beautiful surroundings with milkwood trees and direct access to Kleinrivier / Hermanus lagoon.
