The second bedroom has a king-size bed and the third bedroom has 2 single beds and an en-suite bathroom with a shower, toilet, and basin. The third bathroom is fitted with a bath, basin and toilet.

The kitchen is equipped with a stove, oven, fridge-freezer, dishwasher, microwave, coffee- and tea-making facilities, crockery and cutlery.

The lounge has comfortable seating as well as a TV with full DStv. There is a built-in braai on the lower level of the apartment.

The ground floor consists of 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and a patio with braai facilities. The upper floor consists of 1 bedroom with an en-suite bathroom, the living areas, a kitchen and a balcony with braai facilities and the most beautiful sea view.

There is a swimming pool, security and secure, covered parking available on the premises for 1 car. There is also extra safe parking available inside the complex.
