Excellent. It was the most quiet and peaceful place I have ever experienced. I do travel a lot with my son and he is severely autistic and Hephzibah was very happy to assist with his needs and requirements. I would definitely do regular visits.

Not what I expected. The cottages are a bit misleading; the second room is tiny, right against the wall with no space for even a bag. The carport was so tiny, my husband knocked his car trying to get in. Checked out 2 hours after check-in and wasted my money.

Also, we appreciate positive and negative feedback; however, you only left a negative review and did not mention that we upgraded you at no additional cost to the self-catering cottage 1 day before check-in as you booked the incorrect unit and asked if you could be moved. We did not hesitate to assist you, but still you feel that a 3 out of 5 for customer care is fair. Please advise what we could have done better to deserve a 5 out of 5 for customer care in your opinion. Our website and all platforms explain that the second room in our farm cottage is small. Our carport is also designed for all standard cars; we have had multiple large cars that had no problem driving in and out of our carport. We again thank you for your review.
