Hingo Lodge is a self-catering holiday home ideally located in Strand. Just a short walk from the beach, this inviting home offers a relaxed coastal escape for families or friends wanting to be close to the coast.
This air-conditioned property can accommodate up to 12 guests and comprises 6 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms.
Upstairs, the first, second and third bedrooms are furnished with a king-size bed, which can be converted into 2 single beds. These bedrooms share the use of 2 bathrooms, one fitted with both a bath and a shower, and the other with a shower only. Downstairs, the fourth bedroom has a king-size bed that can be converted into 2 single beds, with an en-suite bathroom fitted with a shower only. The fifth bedroom contains 3 single sleeper couches, while the sixth bedroom has a single sleeper couch. Linen and towels are provided.
The home features a fully equipped kitchen that includes a gas stove, oven, microwave, kettle, cutlery, crockery, fridge-freezer, dishwasher, washing machine, and tumble dryer. The lounge and dining area offer comfortable seating for guests to dine and relax, and for entertainment, a smart TV with streaming services and free Wi-Fi is available.
Outside, guests can enjoy a covered patio with outdoor seating, a swimming pool, a garden, and a built-in braai. Secure driveway parking is provided for two cars. Additional free parking is available in the street. With easy access to the beachfront promenade, restaurants, shops, and local attractions, this home is the perfect base for a memorable seaside holiday.
Walking distance from the beach, and to some of the best restaurants like De Brasserie, Bootleggers, Vida e café, and many more. In addition, there are a number of pop-up coffee stalls on the promenade while you stroll along the beach.
Groceries: a brand new Checkers is only 2km away, in the Paardevlei Centre, with a beer brewery Triggerfish and a an award-winning winery Flagstone Wines, a few minutes from the property.
