Fantastic! One of our best weekends in Hondeklip Bay so far. Honne-Hemel is neat, everything is clean and we felt very safe. The bathrooms have gas geysers, the water was very nice and hot. We enjoyed the porch and the braai on the porch the most, we spent 90% of our time here on the porch. A big plus was that the cottage has all kitchen appliances, which means our packing is much easier next time. There is literally everything you need in the kitchen and there is no need to bring any kitchenware. We would recommend Honne-Hemel to any family, it is definitely worth it, and affordable too. Spacious place ideal for relaxing. We loved our stay at Honne-Hemel: Oubaas and came away feeling refreshed. It is very spacious and has comfortable beds. Our whole family relaxed during our stay. The view is amazing, and the one braai area is above the house and overlooks the town. Hondeklipbaai is a basic town, and it was good to get out of the rat race for a while.

Great location, especially in spring time. Long drive from Joburg but worth it. Great, the view was nice, wild flowers were amazing and the people were friendly. It would be nice if there was WiFi available. Gravel roads in good condition.

Beautiful views, enough braai places, neat rooms. Very nice stay, thanks also to the owners for their hospitality. Unfortunately no WiFi which would help a lot if you come from abroad to be able to contact family.

Beautiful place, ideal location, superb hosts! We booked for one night on a road trip but ended up staying for two. We should have stayed for a week! It's an absolutely awesome place with superb hosts!
