Misrepresented, expensive, stay away. So if you Google A'Damsview, the first accommodation that comes up is the units that overlook the Gariep Dam. So you automatically think that the house is next to these units. This house is nowhere near any of the units. The place is in a seriously dodgy part of the Gariep municipality. The hosts have misrepresented this house with their marketing tactics. Furthermore, on arrival, there is no water. Why is it our responsibility to now look around the house to find where to turn the water on? The light in the main bathroom doesn't work, the light in the bedroom with the 2 single beds doesn't work either. We had to take a bedlamp from the main bedroom for a light in the second room. As per a previous reviewer's comment, the aircon is extremely loud. Next morning, you wake up, lo and behold the toaster doesn't work. How does no one check these basics to be in working order before guests arrive? To be honest, I would ask for my money back because this was a really poor experience.
