Kelné 1 is a modern room in a newly built house, furnished with a king-size bed that can be converted into 2 single beds on request. The room includes an en-suite bathroom fitted with a shower, toilet, and basin. Fresh, high-quality guesthouse linen and bath towels are provided, though beach towels are not included. For added convenience, the room features a hairdryer, a Smart TV with Netflix, Wi-Fi, and a table for 2 with chairs. The larger bedside tables are also suitable for working, sitting, or doing hair and makeup. Guests are welcomed with complimentary tea, coffee, and milk on arrival. The kitchenette is fully equipped with a microwave, two-plate stove, fridge-freezer, pot, pan, gas stove, kettle, electric kettle, and all necessary cutlery, crockery, glasses, and a corkscrew. While there are no braai facilities on the property, guests are welcome to explore the many restaurants or take-away options in the town and surrounding area. Sliding doors lead from the room to a stoep with a table where meals can also be enjoyed outdoors. The property is secured with an active electric fence.

Only the person who made the booking will be allowed to check in. Unfortunately, bookings cannot be made on behalf of someone else.
The property is suitable for couples or business travelers only, and not for families with young children or babies.
The guest rooms are not equipped for children under the age of 12 or for infants.
Unfortunately, no braais (BBQs), loud noise, parties, or gatherings are allowed.
No open fires, Chinese lanterns, firecrackers, or fireworks are permitted. The property is located in a biosphere and high fire-risk area.
Please note that the owners live on the upper floor of the property, but guests still enjoy full privacy and have their own private entrance. Guest rooms are located on the ground floor.
Smoking inside the rooms is not allowed, but guests are welcome to smoke outside on the lawn or patio in front of their room.
There are three friendly house cats that live in the main house (upper floor) and roam freely in the garden. They will not bother guests, but please be aware of their presence in case of severe allergies.
An electric fence is activated 24 hours a day. This is to keep out baboons and other wild animals.
