Fantastic. Staying there was great. Friendly staff; we arrived early in the morning and they allowed us to check in at the same time, and for that, we are very grateful. But they should improve on their WiFi connection on the 11th floor; it's nonexistent. You have to go to the ground floor for a better connection. Otherwise, the place is perfect.

Great fun, exceptional, relaxing. Our stay was perfect. Impala was clean, the room was immaculate, the staff were amazing and kind and so helpful. We felt safe all the time. We are planning our next trip back already.

Affordable, safe. The staff was very helpful and the pricing is reasonable. Safe parking. The hotel is close to the beach, restaurants and Ushaka Marine. The rooms are big and the kitchen is fully furnished. They can improve on the furniture/decor.

Awesome holiday destination. My stay at Impala Holiday Flats was amazing. The inside was very clean and tidy, everything was so comfortable, and the staff were very helpful and friendly. For me, it's 5 stars all around. I really had an amazing time, and I will definitely come again and recommend this holiday accommodation to everyone else.
