Best vacation ever! Our stay and experience at Imvuko Lodge was unimaginable! We had the absolute best time, with the house being in a prime spot for great views of the animals and located within walking distance to the Crocodile River and views of Kruger National Park. The host was very accommodating and went out of his way to help and assist in any way possible to satisfy your needs. Imvuko Lodge will be my first choice to stay every time, and I definitely recommend this beautiful home to anyone considering booking. You can't go wrong with this gem!

Very cozy family weekend, with golf, wildlife park and late night socializing all in one. It has to be Imvuko Safari Lodge. It's a very nice, comfortable and modern house. Note that it's completely solar powered. Before the solar system is upgraded, it's a mess. Batteries don't last and don't get fully charged throughout the day. Aircons haven't even been used, and it's not even summer yet. The house's water was cold the next morning because of the solar system. Dishes were dirty, probably because of the cold water. There were only sheets on the beds and no blankets or duvets. Because the owner lives there permanently, there are personal belongings everywhere. The art on display there doesn't make it child-friendly. The house just needs a floorwiz, Handy Andy, steel wool and PineGel to be used, and a good spring clean. If the solar system works 100% and the house is clean, we will definitely stay there again.

Dear Maliha, I’m truly sorry about the lights on the veranda during your stay. Light pollution is a serious issue in the bush, and all lodge owners are expected to manage outside lighting with care and reverence. For that reason, although there are built-in lights under the veranda (so the light cannot shine out), as you know, those lights worked fine. So, it was only part of the veranda that didn't have sufficient light. We had also provided magnetic lamps that could be tilted to avoid shining into the bush, as well as solar lamps (one of which you used). Unfortunately, just before your arrival, all six of these lamps were stolen. The problem has now been fixed. I’ve installed three new lights with remote switches, securely attached to the wall, so they can no longer be stolen. This theft came as a complete surprise to me. In the 24 years I’ve owned a place in Marloth Park, I’ve never experienced a burglary. The park is widely regarded as one of the safest places in the country. Again, I’m very sorry for the inconvenience you experienced. I can assure you that when you return, this will no longer be an issue. Warm regards, Owner
