Isikhulu 44 is an exquisite, self-catering apartment located in the secure Isikhulu complex on the Umdloti North beachfront. The complex has unrestricted sea views and is also close to various shops, restaurants and amenities.
This top-floor, air-conditioned apartment is stylishly and tastefully furnished. It can accommodate up to 6 guests and comprises 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and an open-plan kitchen, lounge and dining area.
The kitchen is fully equipped for self-catering, featuring a fridge-freezer combination, stove with oven, microwave, dishwasher, and a butcher’s block with stools. The dining area has a wooden 8-seater dining table while the lounge contains a flat-screen TV with DStv. The living area has doors opening onto the balcony with outdoor furniture, braai facilities and sea views.
The Isikhulu complex offers a communal swimming pool and has excellent security with a 24-hour guarded entrance gate and electric fencing. An undercover parking bay is provided and additional guest parking is also available.
