Very average unit - cleanliness is not a priority in this unit. The location is fantastic, I enjoyed the views. I want to be very honest about unit No 3; the kitchen facilities are very outdated. We could not use the microwave as it was filthy and had a strong fish odour. The toaster only toasts on one side, which takes longer to make. The lounge seating is very uncomfortable and the covers were old and itchy. The bedding in the rooms had a terrible damp smell that we had to remove the duvet and use our own throw to cover up. The shower facility was unclean and the black mouldy shower floors made me feel gross to use. All these need to be updated.

Dear Sameera. I am so sorry you did not enjoy your stay. We were not aware that the toaster is defective and will replace it immediately. The microwave is a bit rusted inside, which is part of the drawback of living right on the ocean, but it is cleaned before every new guest. I am not sure why the bedding smelled musty, as it was replaced on the morning before you moved in. The shower was treated with mildew treatment in August, but I will notify the caretaker as well to check. I know the kitchen is a bit outdated, but the pictures that we have on the website show it clearly, and that is why our price is affordable.
