Description

Kaalvoet Koppies Oord offers a bushveld experience with plenty of birdlife and wildlife species. The farm is located 7 km outside the town of Brits.

Accommodation is provided in 3 chalets that can accommodate 2 guests each and boasts a cupboard and air-conditioning. Klipspringer has 1 queen-size bed and Jacuzzi outside. Zebra and Tsessebe are 2 chalets built next to each other. The bathrooms each have a shower, basin, and toilet. Facilities in the room include tea- and coffee-making facilities as well as a fridge, microwave and induction hob. Each chalet has its own braai facilities outside.

Further accommodation is offered in the form of 10 camping stands with electric plugs. The Caravan Stands are large enough for a caravan and a small tent and make use of communal ablution facilities that comprise 4 toilets, basins and showers.

The open-plan lapa comprises a kitchen, a dining area, and a lounge. The kitchen has a double-door fridge, stove with oven, built-in cupboards, crockery, cutlery, coffee- and tea-making facilities and a dining area as well as a seating area. There are also braai facilities and a boma. Lapa is separate from chalets and is rented at an extra rate per day. There is also a small Lapa next to the dam.

There is also a freshwater dam on the farm ideal for fishing. Meals are available on request. Kaalvoet Koppies is ideal for overnight stays or for a quiet break away. It is also suited for contractors.

Kaalvoet Koppies is only 30 km from Hartbeespoort with a variety of attractions.
