Description

KaiaMina at Hartenbos is a well-equipped modern apartment situated in a lovely, quiet neighborhood in Hartenbos hills. It offers the best of both worlds, being far enough from the holiday buzz, but close enough to the popular beachfront (2,5 km) and the center of town. After a busy day on the beach, browsing through shops, or gallivanting along the Garden Route, guests can rest under the stars on the deck or next to the braai. The unit offers easy access to the main access ways to Mossel Bay and Oudtshoorn as well as the N2 en route to Gqeberha (Port Elizabeth), George, as well as George Airport, Cape Town, and the beautiful Garden Route.

Guests can enjoy a lovely view of the Outeniqua Mountains, the Hartenbos River, and a limited sea view from the deck above the apartment.

The unit comprises an open plan kitchen, living area, and sleeping area. There is no separate bedroom, and the unit can accommodate up to 2 guests on a double bed and 2 single beds. The unit is sufficient for 2 adults and 2 children. There is a full, separate bathroom fitted with a bath and a shower. Please note that we do not provide towels, so guests have to bring their own bath and swimming towels along.

The open-plan kitchen features a fridge/freezer, 2-plate stove, mini-oven, microwave, and a toaster with a 4-slice function.

An outside basin and shower are also available to rinse one's beachwear and wash off sand. A washing line and drying rack are available.

Other amenities include an air-conditioner, a handgun safe. Guests are offered complimentary Wi-Fi as well as a TV with the most popular apps, such as Netflix and Showmax, and guests are more than welcome to use their own login details. Guests also have access to the deck, braai facilities, garden seating, and safe covered parking right in front of the apartment.

The unit is on the ground floor in front of the main house, which means that guests can come and go without being bothered. The entire front garden is also for guests' private use. Covered parking is available right in front of the apartment.
