Dear Frans, We are sorry to hear that your stay did not meet your expectations. We would have appreciated the opportunity to address your concerns during your visit and clarify the issues you mentioned. Please note that the property is secured with 24-hour security personnel, beams, CCTV and armed response. Previous guests have not reported similar issues; however, following your feedback, a full investigation was conducted, and no water leaks or foul smells were found. We also have the friendliest and most helpful staff, and they have no recollection of you needing assistance or an issue that you brought to their attention. Thank you for your support.

Ok ish for one night but would not book there again. Room 4 next to laundry and neighbour played loud music, so had a noisy afternoon between washing machines and tumble dryers running. Room ok but for one night only. Rooms 6 to 10 would be less noisy.

Dear Gerhard, We’re truly sorry to hear that your stay with us was not as peaceful as you had hoped. Unfortunately, we were unaware of the loud music from the neighbouring visitor, who was inconsiderate to others. Our regular neighbours are usually very respectful and mindful of their surroundings. Regarding the laundry noise, had we known about it during your stay, we would have been happy to move you to a quieter room further away. We genuinely appreciate your support.
