Presies wat ek wou hê. Die diens was goed met boodskappe elke oggend en verskoning omdat een gas raserig was. Die persoon is stilgemaak.

Excellent customer service. The city of Nxuba/Cradock is looking neglected, potholes all over, electricity failed twice in three days. But if you need a place to sleep in Nxuba, the Karoo Cottages is a good place. The host was very kind and even called to ask if we were OK after the power went off.

Lovely cottages! We had our second stay at Karoo Cottages. The host is very friendly and welcoming. Loved the rusks and attention to detail. However, we had trouble with the showers and hot water this time. In one cottage, the water was only lukewarm and in the other cottage, the water was warm for about 2 minutes and then it got cold. Not nice in the middle of winter. We also couldn't watch TV because of how slow the WiFi is. Other than that, the cottages are lovely, neat and clean and we will stay here again in future. Definitely value for money.

Hi Duane, I am so sorry you had problems. Ludie says there was a WiFi problem the whole weekend and a water pipe burst, so that explains the shower problem. It evidently affected the whole area. Unfortunately, I knew nothing about it because it did not affect us. My sincere apologies.

A thoroughly enjoyable stay. Karoo cottage has everything needed for a very pleasant stay. Barbara's communication and friendliness was next level. Parking under cover was very secure.

Aangenaam en rustig. Baie gerieflike en netjiese verblyf. Het baie lekker gebly. Dit is die tweede keer dat ons by Karoo Cottage oornag en sal beslis weer daar oornag.
