Lovely venue, great sleep, wonderful rock pools - dinner and breakfast issues. Location was fantastic - Room was clean and comfortable (would be nice to have a TV). Staff were friendly and accommodating. Bar area and rock pools were lovely. It was disappointing that the main hotel pool was green on one of the hottest days possible; it was still swimmable, but I was so looking forward to a beautiful blue crystal clean pool, especially on a hot weekend. The breakfast experience was unfortunately a huge disappointment. There were 2 other couples; one couple were having a complaint about fresh juice with the waitress and they upped and walked out. The waitress was so busy trying to sort out the juice issue, we were ignored for 15 minutes, during which time the second couple also left without eating for not getting any service. We eventually also left without being served after about 20 minutes without breakfast.
