Kiewietjie Cottages is located in the seaside village of Sedgefield, nestled between George and Knysna, along the renowned Garden Route in the Western Cape.

Unit No. 3 is an open-plan apartment with a double bed, and there is a bunk bed on the enclosed verandah. The bathroom has a shower, toilet, and basin, and the kitchenette is equipped with a 2-plate gas stove, frying pan, microwave, kettle, fridge-freezer, cutlery, and crockery. Other amenities include a TV with YouTube, Showmax, Netflix, other streaming services and braai facilities.

Unit No. 2 is suitable for 5 guests (4 adults and 1 child) and has 2 bedrooms, a bathroom, and a separate toilet. There is also a sleeper couch for 1 child in the living area. The kitchen is equipped with a 2-plate gas stove, frying pan, fridge-freezer, microwave, and tea- and coffee-making facilities. There are braai facilities outside. Free Wi-Fi, as well as TV with streaming services like YouTube and Netflix, is available.

Guests need to bring their own towels. The TV and lights will work during power outages.

Kiewietjie Cottages is just 500 meters from the beach, shops, and restaurants.

The area surrounding Sedgefield is a paradise for outdoor enthusiasts. Groenvlei Lake is the only fresh water lake in the area and is a popular spot for Bass fishing. Sedgefield’s surrounds are a plethora of fynbos, Lakeside, and forest hiking trails that will keep the energetic entertained for hours.
