Klipkappertjie is situated in Splitskop, Bloemfontein. The guesthouse is located on a 4-ha land with open gardens, a small vineyard and fruit trees, an ideal spot for a business or leisure traveller.

Accommodation comprises 3 stylish and comfortable rooms. All rooms come equipped with their own entrance and feature comfortable beds with an en-suite bathroom with a shower and toiletries. Other in-room amenities include a fully-equipped kitchen, air-conditioning, a TV with DStv, electric blankets and tea- and coffee-making facilities.

On-site facilities include conferencing facilities available for maximum of 14 delegates, a splash pool, trampoline, caravan- and boat parking space and a braai area. A continental breakfast, which is served in the room and braai packs, are offered on request.

Klipkappertjie is within easy access from the main N1-route, bordering the Langenhovenpark suburb, hospitals, Free State University, main sport stadiums, museums, the historical President Brand Street with its heritage buildings, shopping centers, Botanical Gardens, Oliewenhuis Art Museum and some of the best restaurants in Bloemfontein.
