Description

Knusrus is a luxurious double-storey self-catering house ideally located in Jongensfontein. The property has magnificent sea views from the balcony. Guests can walk the scenic oceanfront footpaths starting a mere 100 m away, with benches every 100 m to sit and take in the splendid views.

The home is ideally suited for a family or group of friends and can accommodate up to 8 adults and 4 children. The house comprises 5 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, a guest toilet, 2 lounges, a modern kitchen and scullery, and an upper entertainment area.

The first bedroom is furnished with a king-size bed, its own lounge area with a fireplace, and an en-suite bathroom with a bath and a shower, a toilet, and twin washbasins. The second bedroom is furnished with a queen-size bed and an en-suite bathroom with a shower, toilet, and washbasin. The third bedroom is furnished with a king-size bed, the fourth bedroom has a queen-size bed, and the fifth bedroom is fitted with 2 bunk beds that can accommodate 4 children. The third bathroom is fitted with a toilet, basin, and shower.

The downstairs lounge features a Smart TV. Free Wi-Fi is available throughout the house.

The kitchen is fully equipped with a stove, oven, Air fryer, microwave, toaster, fridge-freezer, and tea- and coffee-making facilities, as well as a separate scullery. The dining area contains a dining table that converts into a pool table. The upstairs lounge offers comfortable seating, a fireplace, a built-in indoor gas braai, and a skillet. Stacker doors open to the balcony.

The house has an outdoor shower to rinse off after a day at the beach. One bicycle is available for guests to use. A double garage is available as well as ample safe parking behind a gate.
