Not the accommodations price worth to stay. Floors were dirty, no water at times. We found hairs in our food and the food took about an hour to be brought to our villa. The water in the shower and bath was non-existent. Everything smelled like clothing washing liquid - the conditioner, body lotion & body wash.

Good afternoon. I am so sorry to hear about your experience. I know that there was a water issue, but it was sorted in a few minutes. The tiles in the villas each have their own pattern; yours would be stone to complement the rest of the villa. The hair in the food was never reported to anyone. If and when something like that happens, we would immediately replace your food. I see that you left a generous gratuity; I was very surprised to see this review, as everyone said you had so much fun here! Please accept my deepest apologies if we did not meet your expectations. I hope that we would have the opportunity to redeem ourselves at a later stage.

An experience of a lifetime. I had the most unforgettable experience ever. The place is amazing and the staff were very nice, and their service was on point. We really enjoyed the food; the different options to choose from were great. Shout out to the staff (driver included).
