Description

Kwetu Guest Farm is situated on a peaceful farm in Buffeljagsrivier with beautiful views of the Langeberg Mountains and surrounding farmlands. The farm is just 11 km outside of Swellendam, midway between Cape Town and George, where guests can get away from the hustle and bustle of city life.

Accommodation comprises 5 comfortable cottages and 1 family room for guests to choose from. In-room amenities include fans in the bedrooms, a TV with selected DStv channels, free Wi-Fi Internet access, and tea- and coffee-making facilities.

The cottages sit on over 87 hectares of land, on which guests are welcome to walk, jog or cycle. The dam also offers great fishing opportunities.

A variety of animals can be spotted on the farm including sable, eland, wildebeest, kudu, waterbuck, springbok, rheebok, giraffe and scrub hare, Dassies, and water mongoose. Numerous bird species, including the fish eagle, Stanley´s bustard, secretary birds, and the beautiful national bird, the blue crane, can also be seen. The swallows that nest on the verandahs of the cottages will keep you company in the lounge chatting to themselves on the mantlepiece mirror.
