Thank you for your feedback. We do take all the comments seriously. Please note that we are continuously upgrading the unit and in the past three years the following upgrades were made:
1. The fridge was replaced by a bigger one to accommodate for a bigger freeze section.
2. The microwave was replaced.
3. A tumble dryer was placed in the unit.
4. The couches were replaced twice.
5. The TV was replaced.
6. Uncapped WiFi was installed.
7. A gas grill was purchased in December 2022. Unfortunately, the sea salt was not kind to it.
8. The balcony chairs were replaced and again replaced now in Jan 2025.
9. The bunk beds were repainted.
10. All the towels were replaced in the unit.
11. The linen is constantly being replaced as and when required.
12. The rollers of both patio doors have been replaced since your visit.
We utilise a professional cleaning team to come in to clean the unit after the departure of every guest. We cannot send the dishcloths to the laundry due to hygiene reasons; that is why we do not put them in the unit.
