Lake House @ San Lameer is a stylish double-storey villa overlooking a tranquil pond within the exclusive San Lameer Estate in Southbroom. The setting offers a peaceful retreat surrounded by natural beauty and top-class estate facilities.
The villa accommodates up to 5 adults and 1 child and comprises 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The main bedroom has a queen-size bed and an en-suite bathroom with a bath and shower. The second bedroom has a single and a child-only single bed, while the third bedroom features a bunk bed. These rooms share a bathroom with a shower, basin, and toilet. Linen and bath towels are provided.
The open-plan living area includes a fully equipped kitchen with a stove, oven, microwave, fridge-freezer, toaster, and kettle. A washing machine and tumble dryer are also provided. The lounge offers comfortable seating and a flat-screen TV with selected DStv channels and opens onto a furnished balcony with a braai and dining area overlooking the pond.
