Description

Landmeterskop Cottages is located in Stanford, Western Cape, a small riverside village nestled in the heart of the scenic Cape Overberg with beautiful views over the valley. This is the ideal destination for guests seeking time away from the persistent demands of city and work life and wanting a peaceful and relaxing retreat.

Landmeterskop offers guests a choice between four tastefully decorated cottages. All of the cottages have large verandas where guests can braai or eat, taking a break while enjoying the beautiful views over the valley. Guests will also have their own fenced front garden where they can sit and enjoy the views or gaze at the stars after dark.

The property offers secure parking and a swimming pool. There are lots of animals on the farm and while guests relax, the children can collect free-range eggs for breakfast, feed the ducks, bottle-feed the orphaned lambs, and feed the alpacas, goats, and pigs.

A perennial creek meanders through the farm and a walking trail winds through the meadows. There are dams on the farm where guests may swim or picnic, all the way up a fynbos-covered mountain.
