Located in Murdock Valley just outside the quaint harbour town of Simonstown, Lavender Cottage offers self-catering cottage with breathtaking ocean views and serving as the ideal coastal retreat.
The spacious cottage can accommodate 4 guests and comprises 2 bedrooms. The main bedroom, with a panoramic view across False Bay, is furnished with a king-sized bed and has an en-suite bathroom fitted with a bath, shower and toilet. The second bedroom has 2 three-quarter beds, and guests make use of a separate bathroom with a shower and toilet. Linen and bath towels are provided.
The open-plan living area includes a kitchen fully equipped with a stove, oven, microwave, fridge-freezer, cutlery and crockery. A washing machine and a dishwasher are also available. Adjacent to the kitchen is a 4-seater dining table and a lounge with comfortable seating and a TV with DStv premium. Free Wi-Fi is provided.
Glass doors open onto a wooden deck where guests can enjoy a morning coffee while taking in the views. Outside, there is also a weber braai and a small gazebo under thatch. For those wanting to explore the surroundings, the Boulders penguin colony and several other secluded beached are close by, and the house is just 15 minutes drive from Cape Point Nature Reserve.
