It was okay. We enjoyed our stay, was super central so easy for us to access shops when we needed to get some things. We're not pleased with the dirty pillowcases in bedrooms and the cold tap in the kitchen was not working, it would also be nice if the shower head was better. Customer service was okay, but expected more face-to-face interaction. No black bags provided for the bin either. It was a good stay, just the above mentioned that needs to be changed and implemented.
