Good location, clean, beautiful sea views, plenty of entertainment for children. We certainly had a very nice stay midweek.

Goeie ligging, skoon, pragtige see uitsigte, genoeg vermaaklikheid vir kinders. Ons het vir seker baie lekker gebly die midweek.

It was ok. The stay was not very enjoyable. The pool was dirty and the pool pump did not work. There is a pool table, but you have to put in R5.00 before you can play. This was not stated in the advert when we booked. There is table tennis, but the table leg was broken and we could not play. Overall, it was clean.

Good day Ms B... I am sorry to hear that your stay was just okay; we strive to deliver more than okay. In response to the points you raise - the pool was cleaned before your arrival and the pump is run on an automatic timer; the times allocated are recommended by our pool professional. The coin-operated pool table is clearly stipulated in the website's property write-up; I am sorry that you missed reading that. As for the broken leg of the table tennis board, guests often fold it and unfold it themselves, so the broken leg could have easily been missed by our managing staff. The House Manager was available to assist with any inconvenience or to contact me directly. I do, however, appreciate your feedback as we always strive to deliver a quality stay and are open to making improvements.
