Description

Lindy van Niekerk Art & Accommodation is a charming guest house set in a tranquil neighbourhood in the Cape Town suburb of Durbanville. The house is ideally located near the city centre, wine estates and shopping centres.

The accommodation offers guests a choice of 3 stylish and modern units. There are 2 apartments which are furnished with a queen-size bed and double bed respectively while the third unit is ideal for a small family and contains a double bed as well as twin single beds. The en-suite bathrooms in each unit are fitted with a shower. All the units feature a kitchenette which is equipped with a fridge, microwave, kettle and toaster. Please note that the rooms does not have stoves and is not completely suited for self-catering.

Additional facilities include DStv, Wi-Fi, a swimming pool and secure parking for 1 vehicle per room. There is also an award-winning art gallery on the premises as well as a lovely garden for guests to relax in.

Guests can arrange day trips to Aquila Private Game Reserve with the guest house. Attractions in the area include Tyger Valley and Glengary Shopping Centres, Durbanville wine estates, Cape Town beaches, Welgemoed Golf Estates, GrandWest Casino and Barnyard Theatre.
