Peaceful, pet-friendly, and homely stay with excellent service and great value. We recently enjoyed a 4-night stay at Lipizzaner Lodge in Room 7, and it was a wonderful experience from start to finish. We chose the lodge because it was conveniently close to our venue and pet friendly, which was ideal as we travelled with our dog. From the moment we arrived, we were made to feel welcome — the staff were waiting for us, knew exactly who we were, and made check-in effortless. Room 7 was spotless and very comfortable, equipped with everything we needed: a bar fridge, microwave, and even its own Wi-Fi router for excellent connectivity. The smart TV offered Netflix access, and logging into other personal streaming accounts was quick and easy. Fresh towels were provided daily, and I must mention the fantastic water pressure and hot water — such a rare find! The air conditioning kept the room perfectly cool, and a thoughtful touch was that every day, we received two fresh water bottles, with the coffee and sugar containers refilled — a small but much-appreciated detail. We ordered dinner one evening — the pork chops with mixed vegetables were delicious, and my partner really enjoyed his BBQ chicken pizza. The lodge also has a lovely central pool area, and our dog was even allowed to have a swim! We also made use of the tennis court, which had rackets and balls available for guests — a great way to relax and unwind. If I had to mention one small area for improvement, it would be that the shower sprayed a bit of water onto the bathroom floor and door, but it was really a minor inconvenience and didn’t take away from the overall comfort of our stay. The atmosphere was peaceful and homely, and although we didn’t interact directly with the horses, we enjoyed watching an equestrian event taking place across the road. The setting within the equestrian estate added to the charm and tranquillity. A special mention must go to Prosper, our host. From the moment we enquired about the booking, he was helpful, professional, and attentive — ensuring everything ran smoothly and checking in even after we’d returned home to make sure we’d travelled safely. His genuine care made a lasting impression. All in all, Lipizzaner Lodge offers excellent value for money, safe, warm, and pet-friendly accommodation, and a truly welcoming environment. I’d happily return and highly recommend it to couples, families, and anyone looking for a peaceful getaway.

Beautiful location, very friendly staff! It was fantastic! I checked in quite late, but the staff helped me well and sorted me out without any hassles. The location is in an equestrian estate, so it's beautiful and peaceful. Will definitely be coming again.

Cozy, warm. We had a lovely stay — the bed and breakfast is cozy, warm, and full of charm. The atmosphere felt welcoming from the moment we arrived, and the personal touches throughout made it feel like a home away from home. Just a small recommendation: it would be great to pay a bit more attention to the mattress quality, bed size, and pillow variety to ensure maximum comfort. A good night’s rest makes all the difference, and with those small tweaks, the experience would be perfect.
