Little Paradise is nestled against the foothills of the Silvermine Nature Reserve, and offers beautiful panoramic views of the sea and Noordhoek Beach in the distance, the Wetlands, Chapman’s Peak and the surrounding mountains. The 4-bedroom house is built in the style of a farmhouse, and offers warmth and comfort. Enjoy the sunset from the balcony with a glass of wine or end the day by relaxing on the large porch.
The house comprises 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Each room is individually decorated. From the ‘Noordhoek Suite’ and the ‘Atlantic’ bedrooms guests can enjoy beautiful views of the sea in the distance. The ‘Noordhoek Suite’ has access to a private bathroom with a shower and a toilet, and there is a second large bathroom with a toilet, a shower and a bath. There is also a guest toilet on the ground floor. Beach and bath towels are provided.
Backed up during loadshedding by a PV system with backup batteries and the gas hob enables you cooking during loadshedding as well.
The farmhouse-style kitchen is fully equipped with a microwave, a dishwasher, a toaster, a coffee machine and an espresso machine. From the kitchen, you can reach the breakfast corner with a herb garden. Next to the kitchen is a pantry with a large fridge. The kitchen leads into the dining room which is equipped with a 10-seater dining table. In the living room guests can enjoy a glass of wine in front of the fireplace, ideal for those cold winter evenings.
Little Paradise is an ideal destination for families with children. The house is child-friendly, and there is a large playground for children to enjoy. The playground comprises a slide, swings, a trampoline, monkey bars, and a slack line.
Guests can relax in the swimming pool or in the garden. A small pavilion has been built in the garden, where guests can enjoy a cup of tea and enjoy the surroundings.
