Exceptional lifestyle spaces and views, needs attention in a few critical spaces. Comfortable property that has exceptional views of the sea and incredibly well laid out. You can see this was a popular family retreat with the touch points on offer, but sadly the property is showing wear and needs attention from the elements. Prior to being moved to an offering to market, it needs attention towards safety (steep edges, no railings, staircases similar).
