Lynnwood View Bed & Breakfast is located in the eastern suburb, Lynwood. Come and experience the exceptional bird life and peaceful nature from the balconies of our spacious, fully equipped rooms with a gated security area and safe and secure parking on premises.

We are easily accessible from all major Highways like the N1 and N4 and main roads in the Tshwane area, Lynnwood View B&B is close to Tuks, CSIR, Botanical Gardens, Innovation Hub, Embassies, Hospitals, Restaurants, Schools, Menlyn and Loftus, Brooklyn Theatre and Atterbury Theatre. Quick access to inner City.

Traditional breakfasts served in our private guest dining room with dinner by arrangement. There is a luscious garden and big swimming pool for your enjoyment.

We have hosted guests from all over South Africa, Africa, Australasia, Europe as well as North-and South America over the last couple of years.

All our staff have SA Host training from the Tourism Hospitality Education and Training Authority. 3-Star rating from The Tourism Grading Council of South Africa (TGCSA) and member of the Guesthouse Association of Tshwane/Pretoria East.
