Magical Artist Home is a stylish architecturally designed self-catering home set between the sea and the mountain in Muizenberg, very close to Kalk Bay, St James Beach and Surfers Corner. The home offers spectacular 180-degree views of False Bay, from your bed, from the 2 lounges, or from the 2 outdoor decks.
The house is spacious, comfortable, bright and tastefully furnished with high ceilings, wooden floors, beautiful art and exquisite features. The house can accommodate up to 6 guests and contains 3 spacious bedrooms, 2 large bathrooms and an additional outdoor shower, a fully fitted and artistically mosaiced kitchen, a dining area and downstairs lounge, a second upstairs TV lounge.
The first and second bedrooms each contain a queen-size bed, and the third bedroom contains a double bed. The first bathroom contains a bath, a toilet and a washbasin. The second bathroom contains a shower, a toilet and a washbasin.
The kitchen is fitted with a stove and oven, dishwasher, and ample cooking utensils, cutlery and crockery. The downstairs lounge features a wood-burning fireplace that heats the whole home in wintertime. The upstairs lounge features a large work desk and a flat-screen TV.
There is a large wooden deck out the front, as well as an upstairs wooden balcony. There is also a gorgeous compact garden, set against the mountain. An off-street parking bay is available for 1 vehicle.
You will hear the sea day and night and it's a wonderfully relaxing atmosphere in which to spend your holiday.
