Mallorca 29 is an elegant and comfortable self-catering duplex apartment situated in the secure and tranquil Mallorca complex in Umdloti, located just across the road from the beach.
The duplex apartment can accommodate up to 4 guests. It comprises 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, and an open-plan kitchen, lounge and dining area. The bedrooms are located upstairs and are air-conditioned. The first bedroom contains a double bed and a shower en suite with a toilet and washbasin. The second bedroom contains 2 single beds. The second bathroom contains a bath, a toilet and a washbasin. There is an upstairs balcony deck with seating and sea views.
The kitchen, dining and living area are located downstairs and are air-conditioned. The kitchen is equipped with a fridge-freezer, stove and oven, kettle, a dishwasher and a washing machine. The dining area contains a 5-seater dining table and chairs. The lounge area contains seating and a flat-screen TV with a selection of DStv channels. Sliding doors open to a covered patio with outdoor seating, gas braai facilities and views to die for.
The Mallorca complex has a large communal swimming pool with a braai area. Secure parking is provided.
