Accommodation gives you a backpackers feeling. The place only has the minimum basic needs. No WiFi or DStv, must bring your own card. Warm water pressure was little to none; however, the cold water pressure is fine. The toilet is not flushing properly. Beds are a little bit hard, but you get used to it. Also, there are only 2 rooms, one in the kitchen area, with no lounge.

Thank you for taking the effort to write a review. We do apologise for the disturbance of WiFi and water pressure that weekend. If I'm not mistaken, there was communication about that, and it was solved on Monday. Just adding a note for you to only review us about the facilities you booked for. Ex: We do not advertise to hold a DStv account. OpenView is more than enough for most clients, as the best way to enjoy our hospitable complex and the beautiful town is to explore and be outdoors. You booked a unit with 2 rooms, and it was never advertised as including a separate lounge. However, it does have a private patio and braai area. In other words, you got exactly what you booked and did not pay an unfair price at all.

Would recommend this accommodation if changes were implemented. We booked Manzini 8, 9 & 37. Very nice location, close to restaurants and shops. Safe environment. Lovely pool. Accommodation - Manzini 8 had literally no water coming out of the shower, which made it very difficult to shower. The towels in 8 and 9 were not changed at all for the entire 4-night stay, and only in 37 was it changed after asking for clean towels for all 3 chalets. Toilet paper was also not replenished. Housekeeping is also very confused as to what belongs to the establishment, as they took dishcloths and towels that we had brought with us. Some of these were retrieved after extensive follow-up on our part.

I would not choose this accommodation again. We stayed with 3 adults and 2 children. The house had a nice size, with a good-sized, well-equipped kitchen and a big balcony. The main bedroom with en-suite bathroom is nice on ground level. The other 2 bedrooms are in a souterrain (downstairs). I did not like that one of the rooms was completely tiled, which made it look like a refurbished bathroom. It was also quite dark since it did not have a window. The only light that came in was through the en-suite bathroom. The electricity in the house often tripped and had to be switched back on. We only received 1 roll of toilet paper and were told that for the rest of our stay (7 nights in total) we had to buy our own. The sponge in the kitchen for cleaning dishes was very old and not replaced.
