Mar Azul 13 is a lovely self-catering holiday home located in a secure estate situated on the stunning coastline of Ponta Malongane, just north of the Ponta do Ouro area. It is an ideal homebase for friends and family from where they can explore and enjoy this coastal village.
This home can accommodate up to 12 guests and comprises 5 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms. The first bedroom is furnished with a queen-size bed and has an en-suite bathroom fitted with a shower. The second and third bedrooms are both furnished with 2 single beds, while the fourth bedroom contains a double bed. The second and fourth bedrooms each have their own en-suite bathroom fitted with a shower. The loft is furnished with 3 single beds and a single sleeper couch. The shared bathroom is fitted with a shower, washbasin and toilet. Linen and bath towels are provided, however guests are required to bring their own swimming towels.
The kitchen is fully equipped with a fridge, chest freezer, gas stove, oven, microwave, cutlery and crockery and tea- and coffee-making facilities. There is a scullery with an additional fridge and a washing machine for added convenience. The spacious living area features comfortable seating and glass doors that open up to the balcony.
Guests can enjoy an outdoor dining area, more comfortable seating, a braai and panoramic views of the surroundings, and an outdoor shower. Secure parking is available on the premises. Local amenities such as shops, restaurants and the beach are within close proximity. Please be advised that guests will need a 4x4 vehicle to gain access to the property due to the sandy roads.
