Description
Mar Azul 27A is a self-catering holiday cottage comprising 3 en-suite bedrooms, each with its own private outside shower with hot running water and a wrap-around wooden verandah offering stunning sea views. The property also includes a separate lounge, kitchen, and living area, and is fully air-conditioned throughout.
The cottage accommodates up to 6 adults and 2 children under the age of 12. Each en-suite bedroom is furnished with a queen-size bed, mini bar fridge, and en-suite bathroom fitted with a bath, shower, toilet, and basin. Two extra mattresses can be arranged to accommodate additional guests.
The separate lounge and kitchen unit is fully equipped for self-catering, including a microwave, electric oven, 4-plate gas stove, dishwasher, and all necessary crockery, cutlery, pots, and pans. The lounge area features comfortable seating, and the living area is air-conditioned. The wooden deck outside the lounge is furnished with sun tanning beds with mattresses and a gas braai. Guests are reminded that the gas braai is strictly for gas use; any misuse, such as using charcoal or wood, will result in a replacement charge.
The property runs off borehole water, which may occasionally have a smell or slight discolouration. There are approximately 190 stairs from the car park to the unit. Additional facilities in the storeroom include a chest freezer, a standard fridge, a washing machine, and a tumble dryer.
Please note that the cottage does not have TVs, Wi-Fi, or mosquito nets. Guests are advised to bring their own mosquito repellent.
