Description

Marina Haven is a self-catering apartment located in a secure complex in Velddrif. Situated on the second floor, the apartment overlooks a man-made marina and offers breathtaking sunset views.

The unit is ideal for 2 adults and can accommodate 2 young children on a sleeper couch. The bedroom is furnished with a double bed and a closet for storage. The bathroom is fitted with a bath, shower, toilet, and basin. Linen, bath towels, and a hairdryer are provided for convenience.

The open-plan living area features a kitchen that is fully equipped with a stove, oven, fridge-freezer, microwave, air fryer, dishwasher, coffee machine, toaster, kettle, cutlery and cookware. A washing machine, tumble dryer, ironing board, iron, and drying rack are also available. There is a comfortable couch, a Smart TV with Amazon Prime and Netflix, and free Wi-Fi. The dining table provides seating for 4 guests. The apartment boasts a spacious balcony with outdoor furniture and a gas braai, perfect for alfresco dining.

Secure parking is available on-site. Guests have access to a communal swimming pool, the pool table in the reception area, and the dock. The marina is surrounded by the Great Berg River and salt marshes, making it a paradise for birdwatching, with over 350 different sea, land, and river bird species. Nearby activities include mini golf and canoeing.
